Kylie and Dom have just joined us as new staff at Porter's Paints and will be working in our Collaroy and Leichhardt stores.
Kylie is a colour consultant and Dom comes from a hairdressing background so the two of them have lots of colour
and retail experience, but when you join Porter's there is a bit more to learn...
We have an impressive range of products: the naturals,
the special finishes and of course the selection of broadwall acrylics.
I spent a heap of time going through every product, talking about preparation,
application and even ways for explaining the range to our devoted customers.
And that is just the beginning.
Once they've had their basic training it's off to the shops
where they start to use everything they've just learnt.
